  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 1 ¼ cup Water
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil (optional)

Method:

  • Take 1 cup of Jasmine rice and rinse it with water thoroughly 2 to 3 times. You can also use a strainer to rinse the rice.
  • Put the rice in the instant pot and add 1 ¼ cup of water and a pinch of salt.
  • Put the lid on the instant pot and turn the knob from venting to the sealing position. Now you can either click on the manual or pressure cook button to set the time to three to four minutes on high pressure and let it naturally release the pressure for about 10 minutes.
